Our company has developed and manufactured a new product - GSM Key Box - a unique device on our market, which provides you with the collection and return of keys, RFID cards, key chains or other small accessories without the need for your presence or any other person directly at the location of your home or business. Designed for those customers who need to hand over some items to other people in their absence!

This box comes with a 15V/5A power supply including a power cord that is tested to be fully functional to power our box. The use of other power supplies is not allowed. At most, our backup power supply can still be used.

Designed for indoor use. For an additional fee of CZK 1,000 excluding VAT, the electronics can also be adapted for outdoor use. In the case of electronics modification, these are goods to order (NCNR). However, it must not be exposed to direct rain or come into contact with any liquid. However, protective boxes can be purchased , which can be found here.

We developed and manufactured this product based on requests from pension owners who needed to solve the problem of key or RFID card transmission. These are models with 6, 8, 10 and 16 individually operated boxes.

The boxes can be controlled in 3 ways:

6-digit code

by SMS

Can open not only the individual compartments but also the entrance door

For business purposes, all boxes can be opened in a few seconds by opening the individual compartments one by one (e.g. for cleaning individual rooms)

Additional boxes without keypad and display can be added to the basic box with keypad and display up to a total of 98 individual compartments.

We also offer the realization of larger sizes of individual compartments or the assembly of multiple boxes on request

How does it workM

Very simply. The guest's phone number or code is set remotely to the corresponding mailbox with the key of the room they have booked. Then an SMS is sent to the guest (visitor) with the SIM card number placed in the GSM Key Box. Then the guest is able to pick up the item at 3 a.m. by simply calling the GSM Key Box phone number or entering the appropriate code and the box with the correct key will open automatically. When the box is opened, the owner or administrator automatically receives an SMS telling him which box has just been opened. This information is also transmitted to the server, which in cooperation with automatic programs with reservation and reception systems, which guarantees full compatibility, so our product is fully integrated into these systems. GSM Key Box can not only open individual compartments with keys or other items, but also open the entrance door to the building. After the end of the guest's stay, the number is deleted, so that the guest is no longer able to enter the facility (apartment). The owner therefore saves both money and time, as he does not have to go to the guesthouse or apartment just to hand over the keys or cards. The system is very quick to change parameters and at the same time convenient.
